SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE OF
OF THE VILLAGE OF CLEMMONS
PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting has been called for the members of the Planning Board. The meeting will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 6 p.m. at the Village Hall, 3715 Clemmons Road, Clemmons, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting is to approve minutes from the June 21, 2022 meeting, review of minutes from the July 19, 2022 meeting, elect Planning Board officers for 2022-2023, hear a presentation from Council Member Combest, Zoning Text Amendment C-249 introduction, review of rules of legislative hearings, consider amendments to Rules of Procedure, disclosures discussion and Staff Report.
A copy of this Notice shall be posted on the bulletin board in front of the Village Hall and it will be sent to all those who have requested such notification.
