Green Kitchen


Green Kitchen is a family-run enterprise consisting of Dirk and Janet Ranjitsingh along with daughter Katy Watson and her two children.   

We have been growing a large variety of microgreens for two years and have branched out to include herbs, sprouts, garlic and roasted chickpeas.

Located in Advance, our facilities include an indoor "light house," a greenhouse, and large garden.

We are dedicated to advancing the idea of good food as necessary for health and believe many of the chronic illnesses typical in most Americans can be overcome through a consistent diet of fresh fruit, vegetables, and microgreens/sprouts ... locally grown when available, of course!
